Comparative Analysis of Psychological, Hormonal, and Genetic Factors Between Burning Mouth Syndrome and Secondary Oral Burning This study evaluated psychological and hormonal status, as well as a possible association of genetic factors with the development and/or maintenance of symptoms in burning mouth syndrome, in order to obtain a better understanding of the factors associated with this condition and consequent adaptation of diagnostic/therapeutic processes.
